Where are you located?

I am currently located inside JcPenney, Algonquin, IL. Once you enter the store, you will head to the back right corner. The salon is located near the Disney section, bathrooms, and home goods.

What happens if I’m late?

Life happens! If you’re going to be late, I ask the you contact me as soon as possible. If you are going to be more that a few minutes late, your service might have to be modified so that I don’t run late for another guest after you (in example you might not be able to be fully blowdried) What happens if I run late? I will try to contact you as soon as possible as well! I try to respect your time just as much as you respect mine!

What if i have to cancel or reschedule?

Again, life happens!!! I am a very busy stylist, so i ask that you contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule so that I can try to fill that spot. Unfortunately, because I am a very busy stylist, sometimes rescheduling you can result in a little bit of a wait. I apologize in advance for that!

What if I don’t know what I want?

I LOVE this!!! Most of my guests come in knowing they need a touchup, or that their hair is grown out….but they leave the creativity to me! For me, a consultation is the most important part of the service- even if you’ve been coming to me for years!. We really get to focus on what worked, what didn’t and plan for the appointment(s) ahead! I will probably ask you a few (ok a bunch) of questions and if you’re ok with it, I can totally guide you into the perfect color!


Can I message you on social media about my appointment?

Absolutely! I try to check my work accounts several times a day and try to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours (or sooner) This is a great place to send idea photos or thoughts so we can refer back to them at our appointment! Please note that Sunday (my family day) Monday, and Tuesday I am out of the salon so i do not check social media as often.

Can I schedule an appointment through social?

You 100% can schedule with me through social media! Please be advised that this can cause some delay in booking and occasionally appointments will get filled while waiting for replies. For instant appointments, you can call JcPenney direct at 847-915-3268 and speak to my receptionist. Please note I am out of the salon Sunday (family day) Monday and Tuesday, and I do not check social media as often.

What If I can’t get in an appointment to see you?

If you can’t get in, please leave me a message! I have a waiting list that i can always put you on! People need to reschedule appointments all the time, and if I know your hoping to get in sooner I can reach out! I always say that I can squeeze people into different spots that my reception team can’t see, so to always leave a message!
